Daniel's Birthday Party

Friday, there was no school, because of Good Friday. We had scheduled Daniel's birthday party at the neighborhood park. The morning looked a little overcast, but not too bad. By noon, it was a down pour. The boys wanted to go out and play in the rain.... what else do little boys want to do when it rains? So I called all the kids we had invited to the party and told them it was going to now be at my house. I did the mad dash to hide as many of our toys and things as possible to keep 12 little kids out of them and to clean up the garage to play out there and had a party at my house! Not quite what I had planned, but we still had a good time!

Since he learned how to blow bubbles in the water at swimming lessons, now he thinks he has to do it everywhere... including the gutter water! YUM!
