No Training Wheels!

We came home from camping and as we are putting things away, Daniel decides today is the day to take the training wheels off of his bike. He and his friend Paul decided it was time for both of them. We told Paul he had to ask his mom, so he did, and sure enough, today was the day for him too! Paul hopped on his bike and rode away, Daniel.. will take a bit more work!

Daniel was really good at pedaling or stearing, but not necesarily together!
Balancing and stearing and pedaling and concentrating and...... is a lot to put togther!

Paul got on and rode away like he had been doing it for years!

Daniel is a stunt man. He likes to do stunts, so staying on the bike is not his forte!

James was excited for Daniel. We all watched as he was entering a new stage in life!

Sterling is getting his excersice in running behind him trying to keep him balanced!

We have the perfect ally way to learn to ride on, not many cars and lots of flat open space.

Everyone was out enjoying the day!

Way to go Paul and Daniel!

Daniel is very good at the after show. 10 Seconds of bike riding and a whole great "I did it!" dance. He is such a funny kid!
